All work is overseen from start to finish by me personally and so you can rest assured that your items will be treated with the care and consideration expected from a first-class transport provider. Please kindly read the terms and conditions below to ensure you are happy before accepting a quote from me:

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the quote has been accepted to confirm the booking. This deposit is valid for the agreed date of collection/delivery only. If a change of date is required for collection or delivery, extra charges will apply.
2. A 50% cancellation fee applies at all times, should you wish to not require my services, rising to 100% of the accepted quote if on the day of the job. This includes if there is an issue with the attempted collection and/or delivery of your item resulting in me not being able to collect and/or deliver the item.
3. I will always call you at least 30 minutes prior to arrival at both delivery and collection points for your convenience
4. I have Good in Transit insurance of £10,000. Rest assured your items are secure and protected with me
5. A waiting charge of £30 per 30 minutes is applicable .
6. If the item is to be collected or delivered to or from a shop or premises with opening and closing times, this absolutely must be specified before accepting the quote to ensure we can fit this in for you. Failure to specify this and any subsequent job cancellations due to collections/deliveries being made before/after opening/closing times without being notified will result in the upholding of the 100% quoted fee.
7. Collections and deliveries involving flights of stairs will incur a cost of £10 at each end per flight. Please keep me informed of any flights of stairs prior to accepting the quote.
